CLfT Conducts its 40th Workshop

On December 9th, 2011 CLfT concluded its 40th Workshop. The first CLfT Workshop was conducted at the Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation in Dundee, IL in 2005. Since that 1st workshop CLfT has conducted a total of 34 Student Workshops and 6 Agency Workshops. The total number of participants attending a CLfT workshop has exceeded 640.

Agency Workshops began in 2010, unlike the student workshops attended by college and university students, Agency workshops involve participants who are current fish and wildlife agency employees.

CLfT Hires Two New Employees

On behalf of the Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation and CLfT, I am excited to announce that we have recently hired 2 very important full-time staff positions for CLfT. David Windsor was hired as our National Coordinator and Karen Gilbertson was hired as our Office Manager.

A Conservationist’s New Appreciation for Hunting
