On behalf of the Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation and CLfT, I am excited to announce that we have recently hired 2 very important full-time staff positions for CLfT. David Windsor was hired as our National Coordinator and Karen Gilbertson was hired as our Office Manager.

Dave was a 27 year veteran of the Indiana DNR Law Enforcement Division where he served as a conservation officer. During the past 6 years Dave has been at the rank of Captain and was the Education and Training Section commander. Dave has served as President of the Association of Natural Resource Enforcement Trainers (ANRET) and Secretary of the International Hunter Education Association (IHEA). Dave brings a great deal of skill, energy, and experience to CLfT and we are pleased to have him on board. Dave will be running point on all things related to workshop coordination, agendas, and instructor assignments as he works with our various regions across the US.
Equally critical to the advancement of CLfT was the hiring of our Office Manager. We were fortunate to secure the talents and skills of Karen Gilbertson. Karen brings to CLfT a decidedly unique background of office management, bookkeeping, and conservation education experiences. Karen has worked for Cabelas as a Lead , a field manager for Sportsmans Warehouse , and assistant office manager . Karen will serve a number of roles within CLfT but most importantly she will be a viable and continuous conduit of communication between the CLfT office and our business office at Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation.
Dave and Karen were both CLfT instructors prior to coming to work with us which will be a great benefit to both them and CLfT.
